SeeBeyondArt ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018).

1. Data we collect
  • Account (Google sign-in): name, email, and profile picture.
  • Uploaded photos: images of artworks you photograph or upload for identification.
  • Usage data: artworks in your gallery, your plan, and access logs (last login date/time).
  • Technical data: IP address (used to detect your country's language) and essential/functional cookies.
2. How we use data
  • Identify and analyze the artworks you photograph using AI.
  • Maintain your personal gallery and manage your plan.
  • Set the interface language automatically (via IP).
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse.
3. Legal basis (GDPR art. 6 / LGPD art. 7)

We process your data based on your consent, the performance of the service you request, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.

4. Third-party sharing

To provide the service, we share only the data strictly necessary with:

  • AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI): uploaded images are processed for identification and analysis.
  • Google: authentication (Google sign-in).
  • IP geolocation service: to detect country and set language.
  • Hosting: our infrastructure servers.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies
  • Essential: login session (required for the site to work).
  • Functional: language preference and cookie-consent record.

You manage consent through the banner shown on your first visit.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting an artwork removes its image from our servers. You may request account deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

The service is not intended for children under 13.
